Something I learnt many years ago is that "You Can't Judge a Book by its Cover" . To base an opinion on his abilities by his appearance is a very shallow perception.

On the only thing that we can judge him on - his on field performance. His leadership off the field can only be assessed by those within the club. How he looks is totally irrelevant.
