i think carlton should have come out from the start suspended him for 2-3 matches and be done with that. dragging it out and letting the media get hold of it makes it worse.

NSW DPP have appealed the decision saying he got off to lightly and will have to re appear in April. Not good.

It is not as bad as you are lead to believe.......it is %$#^& worse!!!

It wouldn't have affected the criminal conviction (as much as we like to think it would) but at the least it would've had us look stronger in the public eye and perhaps even got the AFL off our backs.

Instead, we went with the "boys will be boys" approach and made things worse.
