The first player I think will go is Joseph, Mick has always hated tagging and that's all pretty much Joseph can do. He is a very limited player. Mick will go after deffenders as he prides himself on coaching a great deffensive side. I would not be suprised if Thornton got a chance under Mick and he comes back.
He will love players who play with alot of heart and passion and Armfield is one of them. I can also see him replacing Garlett with Ellard. Garlett will be in and out of the side.
Certainly right about his last incarnation as coach but I don't know if he's always hated tagging. Drew Banfield and Dwayne Lamb built a career out of it and I'm pretty sure he had some accountable players at the Pies before 2007, before he had the team of Swan, Pendlebury, Thomas etc. Wasn't Brodie Holland a tagger sometimes.?
Joseph may get the lemonade though, but he may end up being replaced by someone who's better at it.
Brodie Holland did actually spend a fair bit as a tagger but he could also go up forward and kick goals. I don't think Joseph is capable of kicking goals and he let's face it he really isnt a good tagger.
I think he will back Simpson, Judd, Carazzo and Murph to not worry about tagging, similar to what he did at the Pies. I am really looking forward to watching us trade and draft along with the new gameplan round 1 when we smash the Tigers again.
