I know there is alot of names floating around with assistants.....

I heard MM was having lunch with Glen Jakovich today, I'm assuming they're good friends.

I haven't read the whole thread; but gathered obviously incorrectly; that someone inferred that Ling was coming to Carlton in some sort of coaching capacity.....if not.....I couldn't care less what he does.

Actually my bad Warby, I tought you were referring to what I had said about him harrassing someone (happened in a bar).

Hey Yazz......it's all cool.....but you may be able to give me some advice tomorrow in the iPhone thread.......I've decided to not get a GalaxyS3; and be safe with an iPhone 4s.

KB was talking to Rob Wylie this AM; who said he'd been talking to Mick; and if he gave the word; he'd be over here at Carlton with Mick in a heartbeat.....and excited about the prospect.

Can barely string two words together, so that's a relief.

He will even deliver to us their only worthwhile tall... and eve n better than Trent Hotton stealing the gameplan and sending them to us... Mick will have every bit of of info of all those jailbird uniformed pieces of shit.. he knows what they eat... when they eat.. what music they like.. who their tattoo artist is... even what colour jocks they wear...
I think by the time MM is through with Collingwood... they wont bother us again for a long long long long time......
Eddie might have to be saved for health reasons.....

I think what will motivate MM is for us to be more succesful than Collingwood.. and ultimately he would love to have Buckley sacked!!!

Wouldnt suprprise me in the box during the finals he disects and dismembers Collingwood limb by limb with his special comments for the opposition coaches.

Somehow i dont think hes a good guy to get offside....

So even if he doesnt see our club as a great club professionalism wise.... its a great vehicle for him to drive and rip Collingwood apart.

No lack of motivation there.

Bad things are about to happen to Eddie me thinks....

Now this is classic Synbad......
MM is going to bring the Collingwood football club down by coaching Carlton.
Now people see why I get how I get ........ Etihad move all over again.
Synbad this is legendary stuff. I need to remember this when I'm feeling down next.

The Pies eventually had success because they reined back Micks control. He was forced to give more responsibility to his assistant coaches and delegate more of his match day duties.
Mick became more of a front line manager whilst more of the nuts and bolts stuff was taken up by the line coaches.
Mind you, Mick wasnt at all happy about having his power base eroded. But the Pies realised they needed new ideas and more "active"knowledge in the coaching of the team.

I hope in our obsessive pursuit of Malthouse we're not just giving him total control again. Consequently, I also hope some of the rumours about potential recruits and assistant coaches are untrue.
This has the potential to be good or very very bad. Its all about how CFC handles the situation. They cant relinquish all control. Lets remember, this bloke is without a coaching job and was sacked from his last job.
We shouldnt have to fully hand over the keys in total desperation to gain his signature.

Andy Maher on SEN this morning said the rumour is Malthouse wants to bring Leon Davis to Carlton
