I'm looking forward to the club doing things that makes every single person on here happy so we can all get along.

I was looking at supporting the club and buying a Hyundai, but it looks as though I'll need a DeLorean. I'll set the flux capacitor to 2075.

Whatever happens needs to get sorted prior to serious List Management Meetings, Trade Period and Draft.

Agro Junior bought a Hyundai I20 and took advantage of Carlton Discount and $500 cash back offer - unfortunatley no flux capacitor was included.

But there was a mysterious old man with check trousers and a cane wandering around Heidelberg Hyundai - waving a copy of a 2035 edition of "Everygame Ever Played" - and muttering something about Oscar & Ben jointly winning Norm Smith Medals in Carlton's 40 year Premiership Drought breaking side.

This season, perhaps more than most, requires a full and exhaustive external review into all aspects of the club. If Sticks is fair dinkum and puts the club first that's what he'll order.

Frank & Fearless Advice Pty Ltd is who we need!

I think Sticks runs an auditing company as well as the printing company ...
They should be able to handle it !

- Administration: We are rudderless and seemingly far behind other clubs.
- Fitness & strength conditioning: These injuries need to @#$%&! stop, not to mention our inability to produce players who can take a contested mark or not shit our pants against teams like the hawks. The management of our tall players is disgraceful. I'm sick of hearing "When we have a full team...blah blah blah", ENOUGH!
- Communications: We fell short of 50,000 members. Either the message isn't getting out properly, or we have a lot of apathetic supporters. Either way, it ain't good enough. As a member, I still hear more about other club's and their players than I do my own just from how they embrace the media and their supporters. Kudos for embracing social media (finally), but we're still a follower and not an innovator, and if Coutts is as slow as people say, he needs to go.
- Player attitudes: Our group are mentally weak, lazy, timid and get full of themselves too easily. In short, they're soft, and need to HTFU. Kokoda perhaps? Our leaders need to be more vocal, and LEAD. This starts from the top, where Juddy leads too much by actions and seemingly not enough by words. Nick Maxwell might be a hack player, but he's undoubtedly in charge. We need more arseholes and/or bogans (ie. Tatts) in this team.
- And FFS, whatever an independent review reveals, DO EVERYTHING THEY SAY! No more "we are Carlton, @#$%&! the rest".

I am in a straight jacket at the moment and sometimes it hard to select the right emoticon with my right toe.
