Let him play. Might be his last. I reckon he's almost cooked. Probably should have been used more as a sub this year.

Which is what I'm thinking.

which would be a real pity if that was the case. one of the few who gives his all every week. still easily in our best 22. and don't tell me Lucas is his obvious replacement. not fit to tie Scotto's bootlaces

Maybe but Scotland is in real trouble in other areas and guys like Lucas, ROK etc need to be given an opportunity. I am not sure many rated McInnes, Casboult, Bell several weeks ago either.

The boys were embarassing last night.
Shameful at times.
I wonder what they'll deliver in the nothing game?
Saints did allright without Nick.
Bjesus...nothingness...they'll slaughter us...nothing to play for.
I guess the new coach is looking on looking for signs.
Maybe the players have something to play for.

Bad luck to McInnes.
Terrible way to end a season.

He'll be up there in the B&F.

Absolutely. Would be a very good chance. Would be a fitting way to go if that was the case.
Can't argue against playing kids for this game though. Saints will do so for this one too.

One lower rung on the ladder may (and I stress the use of the word may) give us a shot at Jonathon O'Rourke in the National Draft (although he is tipped to go in the top 3).

The game means nothing.

But the spirit and effort from the playing group will tell us everything.

The game does mean nothing except for a lower draft pick.

Any effort made by the players to play "this one for the gipper" is meaningless, pointless and way to flowering late.

If they want to show us "what they can do" - then they put their flowering money where their mouths are - cancel the end of season trip and any pretence of a Mad Monday and turn up meaning business come first day of Pre-season at the earliest possible date allowed by the AFLPA Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Couldn't give a Ratts if we win or lose. Just go out and try.

The excitement of a "win one for the gipper" type game will be long gone - whilst the sourness of an incorrect draft pick will linger on and on and on and on...........................
