Realistically it should be at least 150 seeing as how we smashed the scummers by 96.

Easy tiger, haha -> http://www.heraldsun.com.au/afl/more-ne ... n+|+AFL%29

Quote:
"The Suns' form at Metricon (Stadium) in a lot of areas of the game is very good. They're six goals better off at Metricon, nine clearances better, they're 36 or 39 possessions better. So, we're going to have our work cut out.

"We just need the four (premiership) points, if we don't get those points, that's our season finished. Whether it's one point, 10 points, I'm not worried.''

Hopefully, the players, more than any, remember the GWS game. We need the four points and while it's fair to say we're all expecting a healthy win, we just have to concentrate on our game plan and make sure we put in a solid performance.

If we do that the result should look after itself.

Right now, I don't rate Essendon* to be playing any better than GC. The way those red and black #@$%'s folded on Saturday was shocking (highly enjoyable though  )

We should win and win well, but I wouldn't be expecting anything for the record books.

Well in our 2nd Q against the Scum, they still managed 4 goals to our 10. If we put on a clinic against the Suns, I doubt whether they will be able to put more than a couple on in a Q.

The more I think about it, the more I expect the Dees to absolutely wilt in the last round at Subi.

We really need to tag Ablett hard & aim to win by 100.

Not saying that will be easy, but if Judd is firing we are a good chance.

I expect an unchanged team.
Reward for effort.
A repeat of the result from Round 21 would be good.

Free buses go to/from pacific fair (broadbeach) at regular intervals pre and post match (and other locations).

Customers, please note that there are no longer shuttles buses running from Pacific Fair Shopping Centre at Broadbeach, these services have been relocated to Victoria Park, Broadbeach.

thanks for the info, i am staying at Broadbeach and hiring a car. Is there much parking at the ground? Also making a long weekend of it. flying up Saturday morning and returning Monday night. At this stage the forecast is 23 cel and sunny each day, cant wait.

No parking at Metricon without a permit. Most people head down Alabaster Drive and park on the street and walk from there.

Caught a few mins of 6pr tonight. Langdon was absolutely adamant that Mitch wouldn't be playing this week. Didn't elaborate. Anyone know anything?

He took a few hits to the head last week, delayed concussion?

Going up for the game - are there any functions/piss ups on pre game?

Yeah - I like that principal when the team has a big win.
Except of course if someone wants a rest.
I'd like to see Krooz stay home, but we might be a bit light on for replacement(s).
