After the season we have had we don't deserve to be in the 8. Where we are now is about right. You just want to make up the numbers? We make it and it will only hide the fact of how badly we are run as a club. This is the season we had to have. Of course some of you are happy with mediocrity

I just can't see West Coast sending a full strength squad to play Hawthorn in rd 23, unless they beat Collingwood the week before.

Think they'd rather a home final than a top 4 finish and a trip to Adelaide or Melbourne two weeks running.

Since when do our expected games ever go as expected.
Will be very surprised if we beat the Bombers this week.

We are playing terrible football.

Yeah but Essendon* are playing bad as well. And deserving to make the 8 has nothing to do with whether we'll make it or not.
Our next 3 games will determine our fate, all must wins however...

Why, if they lost a QF they'd get a home final the next week. So they won't go without one.

If we make the 8 we will have won 13 games. Given the injuries it's probably not a bad result. Given alot of kids a run during the year due to a crippling injury run and make the 8 too, it would've worked out well.

Imagine if we got to play ANY of GC, GWS, Melbourne, Bulldogs and Port (they did beat us but we'd flog them here) twice, it'd look even better.

St Kildare are out and this makes Round 23 a contest.

One game at a time before I speculate on what ifs, percentages etc. Get through the Bombers game first. Just saying. And I'm confident we CAN WIN.
