Forwards look good
Midfield looks good
Backs :hitcomputer: one day we may get a run with Jamo and Hendo in the side for more than a couple of weeks at a time....

Was at the game last time when we got belted, so bad my little bloke almost in tears and the 9yo carlton girl beside us telling me she thought we were GWS

Will be interesting to see what the coaches and players learnt from that game, so many turnover goals in to a vacant fwd line - big test for Ratts

Hope we win, Go Blues

Finishing 8th would be considered a success?

Nice move - my turn?
would you rather miss the 8 (and if you throw low draft pick in - I will explode!!!) or play finals?
Proceeding from playing finals - who knows we might even get a win or 2 or at the very least expose some youngies to finals footy again....

gee let me think what I would rather prefer!

I hear your pain Meekster - when was the last time our goal to goal line played together?
Having said that, I have more faith with a forward line in place rather than our backline.
White & McInnes showed last week they can hold it together. Duigen will stiffen it up and if our midfield is on and win enough to starve them .... we can kick a score with waite, walker, betts, garlett & rock the casboult!!!!!

Iinteresting stat on the Bombers tonight. They've only one 4 of 17 games at the G.

One of those was us. That's not a great record.

Hope your right SB
Am very happy we have 2 real tall forwards playing together (regardless of what people say about Waite, FWD for mine) - not 1 and a ruck, or 0 and 2 rucks
Call me crazy but I think it helps to have played most of your footy there :donk:

I'm not as confident as you SB (very pessimistic in fact)but at least we are hoping for the same result.
I hope we make the finals just to watch the post count drop to almost zero of some contributors.

What is with AJ coming in for RoK? Bad kick vs good kick, tagger vs versatile, on the way out vs future. Help me understand the logic?

Tagger, thats it!

PS: That defence is a bit on the shorter side, will be an interesting day.

OK it is not our best team but it is pretty goood. It should be competitive if not in the running. Put in the effort and application we are definately a chance

Surely there has to be a late change. Otherwise very strange way to treat a young and fringe player, who might have a future on the list.

Jeez, it's bleak when you put it like that. Our 3 best defenders by a mile missing.

That's like the cats minus Scarlett, Taylor and Enright.

They wouldn't win too many.

Let me get this right..... Jamo = Scarlett??? Henderson = Taylor???? Laidler = Enright???????

... and let me guess... Gibbs = Selwood, yeah? And who = Bartel? Curnow, right?
