Well you can't blame him.

CFC, Ratten and the MC, as well as Carrots and Judd at different times on tv have all denied Kreuzer is injured or hampered by injury.

Not sure what purpose it serves to play a guy who's crook, or to lie about him being fine when he is in fact crook
.

Or....

Maybe.....

Just maybe.....

He's not crook.......

Ever thought of trusting what the players, MC and club say??

Pfft, are you serious?!!? trusting what the club says?!!?

When it comes to them, yes means no, up means down and come here means get !@#$%&!!!

Go support someone else if you won't back the club.

Im sure you would fit right in with the filth or scum

To be fair to marci, we haven't had a great reputation when disclosing our injured, although this year with McKay at the helm, we've become somewhat more transparent.

I'm not saying we have to have the blinkers on when it comes to the club, but if the MC, Players and Club are all saying the same thing, and have been for the majority of the year, then maybe they are telling the truth.

If Ratten is running Kreuzer into the ground wouldn't that mean that our medical staff is either toothless or completely incompetent? That would be a pretty big problem which the removal of Ratten won't change but no one seems to mention it. Also why would the higher ups allow him to run an asset into the ground for no real gain?

Not to mention his own manager and his family.

Does anyone have access to his medical report?

He hasnt played out the last few seasons. He himself might be super keen to push through knowing he has time to get things right between our last game and pre season.

He says he is fit.

I reckon the hip injury is actually OP and it is related to his hip. Like all them operations a few years back where they shaved some bone off the hip to help out op.

Anyway, He rests a few weeks and he feels good so he plays. The coach is not pushing him to play through career threatening injuries.
That is just stuff being made up by the usual suspects to force their point across that the club is shit and it has a few of you spooked.

Pretty dumb saying he is injured for the GWS game, leaving him out and then playing him.

I really hope -- and I guess I want to believe -- Kreuzer is injured. Being injured is better than any alternative floating around about Kreuzer.

Like, he's meant to have a degenerative hip problem which will only get worse from here. His mobility in 2012 compared to his rookie year, he looks like he's at about 40% of that output.

Or ...

If he is healthy, and this is the best he can be, we really need to trade him while he has any value. His mobility and athleticism around the ground is pretty painful to watch. He's already shorter than most rucks, and without any lift in his legs, he's always second to the ball.

I see him limping in the sheds after the game and after training. So I gather either CFC is not disclosing he's injured -- which makes sense if we wanted to trade him -- or he's just right into ice and limping as a form of rehab?

Who knows?

But the club likes to keep supporters in the dark about most things, so we're left to make slightly educated guesses about what we're seeing. You can't blame people for jumping to conclusions and forming their own theories about why Krueze looks like a 45 year old arthritic man half the time... when the club creates a vacuum, we'll fill it.
True but the speculation seems to begin and end with Ratten running Kreuzer into the ground to prop himself up. Same thing happened with Judd until he improved and it wasn't mentioned again. I'm simply asking some fairly obvious follow up questions that are being consistently ignored in the hope that people might look at the issue with a bit more depth.

That's what makes him so bloody confusing.

How can he run all over the top of the pies with 2nd and 3rd efforts and winning his own ball, then the following week against North, he did not have one single 2nd or 3rd effort or a contested possession?

Completely dumbfounds me.

They would be competing for the same spot. Levi looks like a lock to nail down FF and do some spot minutes in the ruck.

One ruck with a pinch hitter KPF. What a novel idea. This is progress, this is good.

Yes.
One #1 ruckmen + one support.
3 * #1's on our list.
Trade time - one goes, rookie "project" comes in.
Things improve by one small step.

On a different note, geez I hope Collins tears his old club a new one. As I understand it his involvement in the Grigg trade was not unlike Kennedy's to WC or Bradshaws proposed trade to us, (bullet dodged btw). Kid was just "told".

Kreuzer has had to have his knee drained regularly.
Spends plenty of time with ice-packs on his knee after a game and training.

I don't know of the full extent of Kreuzer's hip injury but you can bet that when he has a poor game, it's largely due to him not being right.

Shocked to see Watson out, and I think Russell is a little stiff.

All those rookies will not be as successful against Richmond as it was against the dogs.. Watson should be in the team developing for the future. We bit rid of most of the back line. Unreal..

Very surprised and disappointed to see Watson out, and IMHO, we miss an opportunity to play him for a long stretch at CHB. Besides, I actually think he's been good the last month, even when we were struggling.

Russell is never stiff when dropped. Supporters are stiff whenever he gets promoted.
