a LOT of focus...............on injuries

But its NOT an excuse! :banghead: Rattens biggest issue from the start has been mixed messages.

What Id hope to see Saturday night.

B: Collins Bower McInnes
HB: Yarran Watson Bootsma
C: Garlett McLean Scotland
HF: Robinson Thornton Carrazzo
F: Betts Casboult White
Foll: Warnock Gibbs Murphy
Int: Bell Curnow Armfield (OKeefe)

Anyone with an injury issue (Kruezer, Jamison, Touhy, Lucas, Waite etc) just shouldnt play.

White is a good third tall as was an emergency last week. OKeefe has earnt a go. Bootsma has had a rest and is good enough.

Garlett further up the ground.

Why does Collins get shifted to the backline after kicking 3 goals in the forwardline last week?

Joseph has been pretty good.

He'd play on Nahas yes?

Out: Russell, Dale & Bower
In: Warnock, Robinson & Tuohy

Mcinnes. Watson. Joseph.
Yarran. Jamo. Gibbs.
Tuohy. McLean. Scotland.
Collins. Casboult. Robbo.
Betts. Thornton. garlett.
Warnock. Murphy. Carazzo.
Bell. Armfield. Duigan. Sub. Curnow.

Possibly even army rested to keep Dale in. Bower & Russell are lost causes.
Joseph to cover nahas.
Gibbs to play on Martin. Prob worth trying tuohy first if Ratts found the guts to release Gibbs.
Robbo to pester deledio
Carrots to work his magic on cotchin.
All to attack though not complete negating roles
Garlett to have stints on ball.

Its called development and getting the most out of our list. It is a position we struggle with. Collins played there in the pre season and was really good. Brown commented he may have found his spot. He then gets injured and when he comes back doesnt play anywhere near there. He is tough, reads the ball well and runs, carries and can use the ball well.

I have no problem playing Kreuzer if he's fit. That's what he was drafted to do - play footy. If he rucked 25% of the time we could play him as a more mobile big man and have RW handle the ruckwork. If we ice the game by half time, we can always sub him off if we haven't used it up already.

Need to get games into the fella.

@ psychologist

I'm no expert in the development of players but wouldn't said development be risked by moving a bloke who has played probably the best 3 games of his short career from a midfield/forward role to a back pocket?

I wouldn't mind seeing Collins get some time as a defender or maybe in Scotland's role but for the moment I think he should play in the middle for the rest of the year while the opportunity is there. We need more midfield options and with Judd and Simpson missing it's a good chance for us to see what he has to offer as a midfielder going forward.

My beloved wife bought seats in section N33. May I ask my fellow tcers what these seats are like? Honesty is welcomed

I know the season is pretty much shot but would dearly love jnr MPH78 to experience a win at the G.

Level 2 directly behind goals. Ripping view.

I can talk from a similar perspective as I have kids the same age as you have, who are used to a shite ground. In our case AAMI, in your case Subiaco.

At AAMI the majority of the seats go back and aren't elevated. If anyone sits in front of us we need to continually move (quite easy at Port games  ) to find spots that have a clear view.

Compared to that hole there are no bad seats at the MCG!

Not sure when you are getting there, but if you get a chance on the Friday I can recommend the MCG tours/museum which run every 20 minutes from 10am to 3pm, and much as the place gets slammed around here also the Etihad tour which are at 11am, and 1pm only on event days.

You'll have a blast regardless, but hope your weekend works out better footy wise than ours. Got to watch the Blues get touched up Friday night against Nth, and then had the pleasure of watching Collingwood win on the Saturday.

A couple of posters in Talking Players thread have said that Casboult pulled up sore with his knee after Saturday and will miss 3-4 weeks.
Ins; Warnock, Robbo, Touhy
Out; Casboult, Bower, Dale
