Yeah, I really miss jimmae...not only as a Moderator, but for his footy intellect and ability to string a good sentence is what I miss....could serve a good one liner as well.

Cazzesman recruiters/ coaches/ footy depts get paid to get it right.. not wrong.

Hindsight maybe for mortals.. but some recruitment and football depts get it more right than others...

Would you think our planning in hindsight (every club must be judged in hindsight) is in the leading group of clubs when it comes to decion making ????

Maybe there is more to it than luck and hindsight.. maybe some logic and a formula is also at play.....the kind we dont have the nouse.

Do you think we recruited correctly with 20 odd half back flankers.. or is that a hindsight thing too???

Its called context and perspective... perception etc....

I give praise where its due and have a lot of time. "Tanties" as you call it are just a ridiculous comment.

It takes more than two to tango. And why is it made out its a negative? Debate is good.

Remember its the "reader" that makes the decision whether it is good or not. Its your perception.

Given some of these comments its clear that you and others have some very selective ideas as well. If you didn't there wouldn't be an argument?

As Ive said you don't have to read it. Its a choice.

Argue the points and facts but don't criticise the ability of others to comment.

Personally I enjoy every moment of it!

Definitely not 100% right often and I actually enjoy debate and being proven wrong. It happens a lot especially in the work I do.

What I would like is people to clarify their points, back them up with thoughts. Is that hard at all.

Look at Bondi's last few. Disagrees with me but has outlined and articulated his opinion well.

Now I don't necessarily agree but I can't disagree with what he has said.

Also, in regards to Synbad, I dont agree with some of his comments either BUT he has the right to his opinion and when people just throw cheap shots and personal insults from behind a keyboard I will support his right (and anyone else's) to have his say!

besides they wernt poofs...(though im sure some were .. just as a percentage of poofs as you call them exist in every group and society... maybe in your own home).. but thats besides the point... if youre an expert in the area maybe you can show us some evidence?? :thumbsup:

You would actually be surprised how far removed I am from the club and how little involvement I have with the Football department other than my immediate boss. I don't actually talk about any of the inner workings of the club with anyone on the inside, not even my boss. I do what I am paid to do on the weekends, I submit my reports and I get on with my life. So suggesting my personality traits have anything to do with the workings of the Club is a tad off the mark. Mind you, if we win a premiership I'm happy to take the kudos I will so richly deserve. :wink:

As for addressing the 'so called' issues, they have been done to death a million times and I have posted many, many times the same thing. What will be, will be come season end regardless of how many times you, I or Synbad post. TC will have no effect on the outcome, which may come as some surprise to you I'm sure.

Love the poofs Synners, love 'em. Won't hear a bad word said about them.

But you put people who don't want to ridicule Ratts and Sticks as spineless nuffies and weak. Your signature espouses the philosophies of a warrior state and I get the impression you'd like us to display those same traits.

The Spartans don't exist and your concept of a successful club doesn't exist.

All clubs have their failings but you refuse to acknowledge that fact and see everything through your Ratts / Sticks prism.
