Carlton's barely working. We know they can play as we found 2 weeks ago, even with a depleted side, so it comes down to barely trying.

It's hard to recall a worse game of football.

Injuries are harming us, but the lack of effort is so depressing. Just watched a missed tackle by Armfield that was not even a half-hearted attempt, and he's normally a goer.

No matter how bad we were in the last decade, there was usually a decent effort.

This insipid game is the greatest indictment against Ratten and the coaching team for the year, alongside the Port Adelaide game.
