7 forced changes due to injuries. Is that a record?

Jamison shouldn't be playing either.

People will say we should move on, but I hope someone at the club gives that ponce Brayshaw a dig over Joseph missing after all.

I still see it as a blip in the radar as we progress. While we need change I'm not overly negative about it either. I see it more for what it is after all you don't smash up the Pies, play for top spot on the ladder one week (bugger that we stuffed it up) and miss a Preliminary Final by 3 pts full of injuries unless you have something. It's more a wake up call of what change is required all round to take another step as we certainly have the ability.

It's more the expectation and the subsequent disappointing letdown that's hurting people right now.

well said Jim.

I'm all for change if it includes hidden pockets, and areas regarded as untouchable until now.

One thing that worries me, is that the people waiting in the wings may be smarter in some ways, but more corrupt in others. If change is gonna come, let it be clean, fresh air, with a dash of inspiration.

Are there exemptions for "really bad"?

Now that I've come to the realization that our season is over, I'm actually excited about watching some of the kids.

Love to see Dale Fraser get a go if AJ doesn't come up.

Is Joseph Aaron out?

If we lose by 5 goals or more, is anyone here really surprised? Just like if we win by 5 ... Be hard to be excited.

This is a real kissing your sister moment in our season.

Thank Christ we're not playing at Aurora Stadium or Blundstone Oval.

We fielded a better side against them in the NAB Cup!

I'm getting old and losing track of all the outs. So that makes it Judd, walker, Henderson, Kruezer, Robinson, Lucas and Joseph I think.

No recognized ruck, no key forward, a key back that is currently a liability, a midfield that picks and chooses when it wants to defend, no forward structure and some players horribly out of form.

Obvious why we are favs for this game :screwy:

Just read the whole thread: fascinating.
Going this arvo and tonight to watch both our reserves teams playing. It's so bad it's actually exciting.
Lovely day for a walk in the park!

If we sakc ratts and appoint a new young coach, we may just win the flag while triggering WW3.

On the positive side the young blokes coming in get some great experience - looking forward to see how Dale goes, reckon he's a natural and with the right development could be an astute draft selection
