We can beat the doggies - it just depends on which team turns up to play.
Not worth getting excited though, as our players certaintly don't seem to want to win as much as we do.

Attending my second game of the year, 100% winning record so far, although it was only Melbourne.

By the way things are going, the Northern Blues will be turning up to play.

Well at least Ellard should be a starter if Robbo is out, he was pretty stiff to be out of the side in the first place I thought.

Dale in for Joseph maybe also and it'll be pretty exciting to see how it all goes. I hope

boom boom  ...the joke was funny...not the injury list nor our predicament.

So if Robbo or Joseph miss then one who plays is not 100% as would be the case with many others from last week's beating.

We should win...only because the Doggies are really struggling.

With the outs that we have and the form that we are in, it will be an absolute miracle if we get up tonight. Granted, the doggies aren't in the best form either but they're starting from a lower base than us. Noone was really expecting much from them. Our confidence will be absolutely shot and the doggies will be right up for it.

On a different note, I watched a replay of the round 3 Carlton v Pies game yesterday. We honestly looked unbeatable with that side and playing like we did that night. Such a distant memory from our current predicament.

If we lose by 5 goals or more, is anyone here really surprised? Just like if we win by 5 ... Be hard to be excited.

This is a real kissing your sister moment in our season.

Now that I've come to the realization that our season is over, I'm actually excited about watching some of the kids.

Love to see Dale Fraser get a go if AJ doesn't come up.

I'm keen to see Levi ... I hope he doesn't get hosed playing in the middle and then not picked again based on it.

I still see it as a blip in the radar as we progress. While we need change I'm not overly negative about it either. I see it more for what it is after all you don't smash up the Pies, play for top spot on the ladder one week (bugger that we stuffed it up) and miss a Preliminary Final by 3 pts full of injuries unless you have something. It's more a wake up call of what change is required all round to take another step as we certainly have the ability.

It's more the expectation and the subsequent disappointing letdown that's hurting people right now.

Agree. We have not won a flag for 17 years. This year we were promised top 4 and now we are 12th on the ladder.

Not a chance in hell i am wasting my time going tonight.
