With respect keogh,
That is completely unneccessary.

Not really. Cazz was pretty strong in his opinion. Misjudged what football means to people.
Rubbish. It was weak and petty. Especially coming from someone who only turns up when we're losing. He's not the only one though. A few posters are reappearing now that shit's hit the fan.[/quote]

That's life.

And I HATE this ground - thanks Collo

And finally, not paying a free to AJ was the worst non decision I've ever seen in my life - seriously.

Welcome aboard Mick. It won't be easy but we'll be patient

And he's off concussed. I think the mrc will still look at it, even tough the umpire didn't even pay a free.

That umpire should not be umpiring.

Why cant people on here accept that injuries do play a part in such a loss?? I have never seen anyone claim they are the total reason, but please people accept they play a part. Carlton are decimated atm. As soon as anyone mentions injuries it is assumed they are using it as an excuse. Not at all they are pointing out a FACT............

There are many other reasons for such a performance, the coach, the crap forward structure (injuries haven't helped here), selections, crap umpiring, players like Garlett being carried for most of the season, the list goes on......

I don't think anyone's suggesting there aren't injuries involved but that has absolutely nothing to do with the stunned mullet sitting in the coaches box.

Has anyone actually seen him move his lips tonight?

NO!!! WTF is that about?! Every single time they've showed him, he's just sitting there spectating. No phone, no headphones, no coaching?!?! WTF!!!

Have you read other posts...seems to me if you mention injuries you are just making excuses. As anyone who has coached will know, they kill you, upset structures etc etc. It is one of our many problems and I am just trying to get some people to see that ( not making excuses for Ratts as many on here will assume)

Agree to an extent. Take out what we can't control and that's what we need to focus on. A single loss due to injuries & rotations is acceptable, but choosing a team without flexibility and backup is something else. Add the factors you mention under our control, coaching, selections and lack of structure and it's easy to see why people have had enough.

We're great front runners, but we don't have a get out (big forward, spine) that can straighten us up if injuries arise.

(off track, but it's obvious Lucas needs to play for rest of 2012 to get some confidence)

With some luck we might get a softer draw! 2x GWS, Suns & Melbourne would be nice...but, we're no certainty to beat them!!
