Bad coaching has contributed

Mostly though lots of the players just aren't good enough under pressure.

Collingwood must be wondering what we are on about, lifting like that just for them. This effort tonight defies belief. This is a team that was beaten by over 100 points against Hawthorn and have won 7 of eight since.

Losses of Walker at the start and then Joseph who was playing a good game before he was hit have put us out of the game. That and putting Hendo at full back when he started well as key forward. So disappointing that we went that way.

Why cant people on here accept that injuries do play a part in such a loss?? I have never seen anyone claim they are the total reason, but please people accept they play a part. Carlton are decimated atm. As soon as anyone mentions injuries it is assumed they are using it as an excuse. Not at all they are pointing out a FACT............

There are many other reasons for such a performance, the coach, the crap forward structure (injuries haven't helped here), selections, crap umpiring, players like Garlett being carried for most of the season, the list goes on......
