Probably get delisted and end up being serviceable for someone else.

Todays HUN mentions that Murphy still has his shoulder in a sling, sounds like it may be longer than the club had hoped. Wouldnt be surprised if we are out of finals contention he doesnt play this year.

Surely we just assume Murphy is back in 2013... Anything above that is either a bonus or foolish

Was always meant to be in a sling for 4 weeks.

Didn't that article on cfc.com from 2 weeks ago have White listed as 8 weeks?

Shaun Hampson will undergo arthroscopic surgery on his knee and miss the remainder of the 2012 season.

Never had a full list to choose from at all this season, as soon as some come back we lose others.

The positive for Hampson going down is we'll be less predictable going forward now, and potentially see Mitchell/Casboult get a taste at some stage.

Ratten said today that 65% of our injuries this year are collision injuries.
I suppose that the review they did of our situation didnt prove that Cordy was in fact the devil.
Thats a bummer for Ratts....and for Wallsy too.

He also said it is the worse it has been since 2002

We won the spoon in 2002 does this make our 8 and 8 look like a sensational result considering the circumstances

Did he say anything about our management of those injuries because, at least from the outside anyway, that seems to be a larger problem than injury prevention?

65% being collision injuries though is pretty good news all things considered. Indicates that there was quite a bit of bad luck involved this year and it's unlikely that would reoccur. Assuming these injuries don't cause any ongoing problems for the players involved the coach next year should see a nice boost in our performance just from improved player availability.
