Magnificent is a word that i keep behind a small pane of glass with a hammer next to it.

The glass has been smashed and the word released.

I love the world.

Touhy quiet but Dawes has killed us in past games so maybe he did his job without looking spectacular.

Watson is improving by the week and did OK again tonight.

I thought Watson played on Dawes....and Tuohy was really good.

Those collingwood young players looked like they had no idea what their role was.

Judd Played a Great game and had 32 Touches, Yet it goes to Show that He no longer can Win games for us on his Own!!!

For us to Win, The middle Class has to Lift and they did tonight.....Praises go to:

McLean- Came on as a Sub and played a Great Game. In Fact so Great, i thought i was Dreaming when He marked the ball near our Goal with 2 Collingwood players right on him. He saved us a Certain Goal and did many nice things in the deep Fry. Well done!!

Curnow: Good Come back. Gave us something.....He lifted but can he maintain it?

Garlett: Did not kick a Goal but was lively and Chasing hard. He also Lifted

Kruzer: The Game Breaker. He had to Respond....He played a mighty Role in the Ruck but also did a lot of midfield Roles.

Duigan: The Master Stroke of the Game-to Play him Forward. He gave us something we sorely missed for Weeks, and kicked 3 Goals which is a Bonus.

Other players also Lifted. They include Joseph, Walker, Jamison and Even Hampson looked Switched on early on...

Can we know String a Couple and hold the 8th?

Murphy, Waite and Henderson all preparing to come back!!!! We Still have a chance to Salvage something from a wasted season!!!

I am not ging to be too hard on you fair weather clowns - but when players start playing in position and rest of teaam begins to gains confidence - watch out!

Listened to Waiteys interview at 3AW and he is back for bulldogs match.

Murph & Hendo back next week... everything changes now.

Write off Ratts at own peril thats all I have to say - he is one determined and intelligent mother flower.

I thought I read somewhere, something written by a hack Age reporter that strongly suggested Ratts had lost the group? Go figure.

Maybe the reporter just needs a good sleeping pill to get a good night sleep and clear the head. They might find someone down at their club who can supply some. :garthp:

Why hasnt that intensity been evident for the past 10wks?
Superb effort across the board.
Players playing for each other, for the jumper.

Judd had toe and composure again.
Kreuz showed why he was taken number 1.
McLean showed speed
Yarran where you been
Walks and Betts looked dangerous up fwd again
Everyone threw themselves at the ball, laid tackles
Garlett even though wasnt good in front of goal was dangerous in and around.
McInnes didnt do alot but either did his opponents. Tick in my books
And Ratts...........Duigan fwd? Finally something out of left field that worked.

Dont think the small fwd line will work against most teams but proves its better than 2 rucks.

Doesn't really change the fact that he probably won't be there next year. That level of effort should be there every week. That it isn't comes back on the coach. That's his responsibility.
