AFL coaches are like career coaches these days - only sackable moment is if they ose the players...one poor year out of five isn't really sackable.
I am sure most of us have played competetive sports and found ourselves in a dressing room where morale is really low. It is amazing what one win can do..confidence snowballs into a monster.
We have the list, we need at least one key forward on the park..hopefully Thornton plays this week[although not a key forward], hopefully Walker is left in forward line and hope Lucas has a crack at Walkers current role. Next week against North Melbourne should have Waite, Thornton & Walker in forward line.

But the players should stop feeling sorry for themselves, boost morale and lift.

What about no good years in 5?

not really .. if anyone thinks the clubs instructions to him and he kept to the instructions was to make the team clueless and devoid of confide nce and leadership he has succeeded.

If people think were following a club cos its cluless and hits glass ceilings and the list is out of whack and thats what we follow theyre cluless.

If is any consulation to those who want to see the end of Ratts in my time of watching this game I have only ever seen one coach ( Bomber Thompson) who has had the dreaded sack the coach call who has managed to work through the other side and kept their job

Once the call for sack the coach comes it just gets louder and louder until eventually the club acts

I've had enough of level heads its not Ratts fault etc.

It's not his fault alone but he isn't up to it and should be sacked.

As he is desperately trying to cling to his job we play injured players and don't give kids a go, it's just wasting everyone's time.

Get a caretaker in and have a look at the whole list.
