It is hard for the players knowing they will get hammered as we have no key position players to field on match day

Waite, Rowe, Casboult or Jamison, Henderson, Laidler...good luck pinning your hopes on a 7 gamer playing on the lagues best forward and rucks playing key forward and expecting results.

So we need a full team in or if they cant play???

Look Waite isnt a power forward even if you say he is.
Henderson and Jameson have played games and the sides been flat.
Rowe and Cas boult out would hardly affect team morale.
Laidler... yeah they all saw the knee and got depressed.

Do you listen to yourself???

This is a thing going on all season.

I don't expect the best team to be fielded to perform but I certainly didnt expect back up KPP to be obliterated too.

If McInnes, Thornton, Lucas & Curnow rip it up on training track then they sould be selected.

Watson will get Cloke.
McInnes should get Dawes , because he is a hack and McInnes does the right things nicely.
Thornton at CHF
Hampson FF

If Big Kreuz is injured and by all reports he is- please don't play him.

Opportunity for Lucas to have a massive break out game.

Watson would get slaughtered :donk:

Yay! The leaky backline of 2006-2007 will be reunited...
Watch Chris Dawes have his first big game of the year.

Do you have contacts inside Camelboy?
If not, how did you get the scoop?
I think you're onto something, because I heard a guy at the pub say the same thing.

I know I usually have the rose coloured glasses on.
I know miracles happen against Bumbers and Pies.
I know we thrashed the Pies by 10 goals this year.
I expect the Pies to win by at least 61 points.
I've seen enough of our mob to know there will be no miracle.

I expect a defensive mindset to save some of our percentage.

OUT: Jamison (inj) Kreuzer (inj) McLean Bootsma Joseph
IN: Bower, Thornton, McInnes, Curnow, Lucas

Botsma too skinny for the Pies monsters
Russell might get a call up, but I think McInnes will be preferred
Other than Collins (and I'm not a fan of his) there is no one else.
After that performance against Hawks we need change onfield and off field.

B: McInnes Watson Tuohy
HB: Yarran Bower Duigan
C: Simpson Judd Gibbs
FOLL: Warnock Robinson Carrazzo
HF: Scotland Thornton Garlett
F: Betts Hampson Walker

INT: Armfield Lucas Curnow Ellard

I suggest we tank...this year is a write off.

He kicked 4 against us in round 3 last year. I am expecting a Sinclair or a Elliot to the damage this time!

Pendelbury back, Swan, Beams, Sidebottom all in ripping form.

Hammer isnt hitting the soreboard enough but at least he created a contest on Friday night. Rarely outmarked (which is a huge improvement)
We just need to tighten up our structure and get the smalls under his feet.
Worth persisting with IMO.

Robert Shaw tweeted during the game that Betts needed to get front and square at Hampson's feet. Hampson lead in the 2nd with Betts playing out of the pocket. Scotland missed Hampson when he was clear, yet he had no one at his feet. Think the coaches have convinced Betts he is a full forward. :?
