Paul Roos has the correct age, experience and credentials. Difficult to get him..but the club needs to zero in on him.

Malthouse is 62 in august. Even if Mick Malthouse wants to coach next year, he will be a year or two year coach. He won't be a long term coach. If we sack Ratten with the intention of hiring Malthouse and he doesn't want to coach, what then? Laidley, Choco williams, Mark Harvey or untried coach?

I'm over hearing about Malthouse. Malthouse isn't going to pull a key forward out of his ass last time i checked. He will be there 1-2 years max then back to media after he has collected his retirement cash.
