Few coach killer kicks. Bootsma a couple of times, Simpson in the second, Robo and scotland plenty of times but none worse than that entry at the start of the third and then Walker turned to mouth off at him while they broke down the other end for a goal.

This is now NOT about players, structures or anything of that nature.

This is a club bereft of leadership and direction.

We have enough talent on our list to be top 4 material. If it wasn't for pure talent we would of been beaten by a lot more. IMO Hawthorn are not a top 4 side yet they thrashed us.

Sticks comments tonight really worry me. The club is going backwards and QUICKLY! and nothing is changing.

We have beaten GWS and Melbourne in the last two months. Thats it!

Club needs to make a statement. No matter what happens we will are looking for a new coach for 2013. A full independent review of the football department needs to be conducted by someone who has had recent success.

There are NO excuses for what is happening and to do nothing or "stick fat" is just putting our heads in the sand.

Ah.... It's the players' kicking that totally exposes the coach's complete lack of a @#$%&! clue!

Now I get it...

But we have bigger issues to worry us. The disintegration of our football club is sheer heartbreak...

Yep we do have bigger issues to worry about - but on a purely selfish and personal level I want to beat the Hawthorn Foiotball a club as much as I wanted to beat Essendon* back in the early 80s.

Ratten before the game.

"We've spoken about effort and being bold for the past 2 weeks. That will be our focus tonight."

"Gibbs will play midfield to help Judd and that will give us more midfield options than Hawthorn. "

Bloody Hell, that worked! :hitcomputer:

I said it in the match thread and I will say it again. This team has no structure, system, no passion for the club or jumper and seemingly no heart or soul.

I just woke up from a really bad nightmare...And Brett ratten was still carlton's head coach.

Tell me it ain't so.....can't be....surely.

Good night. I'm going back to sleep. Wake me up when we're there.

The number of times they just refused to have a shot or even pick an option was a joke
It is like no one wants to take control

7 of the bottom 10 posession getters were carlton players
Just to much left to to few

Shots at goal not even making the distance from 30-35 meters out

Just difficult to watch
