Come on Dom. The gameplan changed at 1/4 time. They got two soft umpire/lucky goals and one very lucky. We had chances.

If the hawks are going to play that counter attack game they will get the misses as the kicker has usually had to run 80m to have the shot.

We had good chances but lacked composure.

We wont win but our game plan in the second quarter holds up when players play like they care.

The hawks crumbled when the pressure what on and made plenty of mistakes. The pies will smash them.

Boots getting bullied. Watson got smoked in foot race by Roughy and we still aren't manning up. Alot of silly frees especially to buddy but Jamo seems to be focusing too much on his player these days, give away alot of frees when they're aren't even in contest and on 3 occasions so far has refused to leave buddy in order to cover another resulting in basic shots at goal.
If it's a team game and he's a leader he should be worrying about the team score not direct opponent. Take a leaf out of duigans book jamo

Wow we are missing a key forward so much it's unbelievable... I like hammer up forward but I dont want him there as the third ruckman in the side.

Carrots is playing well, Gibbs too. A few players really running hard and trying. A lot better to see than the last few weeks. It seems as though the team really is trying to play attacking footy through the middle of the ground but are turning it over in their endeavors. Hawthorn is smashing us on the rebound. Still, I like the gameplan better and maybe that is our plan for the rest of the year. If so I hope we stick to it and turn things around a bit in the second half.

Watto doing OK too - just wish he were a bit quicker.
