Been an absolute monster for our football club on and off the field since he's been here.
Would ve been good if, besides Murphy who has taken the next step with Juddy at Carlton, a few other mids had toughened up by now and helped him out a bit more in the middle...

Champ. Hopefully he gets over what he's carrying and quickly. Good milestone. Hopefully another hundred still to come.

Won't play on. No need to. He is too smart to get crippled when he doesn't have to. I'm betting he will play next year and maybe one more for luck if we are challenging.

We'd have been still languishing near the bottom of the ladder without him. Hang on....

Good thread.

Thanks Juddy, hope your 100th is a beauty!

Tend to agree with kk a little, too. At least he's our professional footballer.

Absolute champion and easily the 4th best Carlton captain I've seen after Nicholls, Fitzpatrick, and Kernahan (IN THAT ORDER).

I guess a few people didn't read that sentence

It's great to see him get 100 games for Carlton. Not many players have played 100+ and won Brownlows for two clubs. He's been a good leader/role model for other players in terms of work ethic too. It must be pretty cool if you're an 18 year old who comes to the club and gets to train next to Judd each week.

Do people questioning how he feels when we lose not remember the post-match press conference following the Sydney elimination final? He was shattered.

He's a champ. Things may be crook but he's done everything a footballer can.

Some question his passion for the club because he's so level headed. Its a bit hard to win if that's the case.

McJuddster has been a revelation at the Blues, and I don't think things would have been different if we had have kept what we traded... maybe one less Jezza article about having a key forward.

I bought a '5' Judd guernsey the day he was given a number and have proudly worn it since.

Here's hoping next year gives him reward for his efforts with a Blues Premiership.

It's amazing to think that he only needs to play another 36 games for Carlton to top the number he played for the Eagles.

Love to see him out with a flag.

Regardless of what everyone says, I reckon he absolutely loves his footy and will play on at least a year or two after his contract (especially if we get him some goddamm protection out there)

I reckon he might sign a one year deal if we look like we're going to challenge in 2014.

The best protection Judd has at Carlton is Murphy. With Murphy in the team Judd is only provided half as much attention, if Judd doesn't get you Murphy will, and vice versa. They were a dynamic duo last year. It's one thing to only have to shut down one, an entirely different scenario having to shut down two.

Been an exceptionally high standard 99 games. Last year and 2010 in particular were fantastic.

He is one of the great players of his generation. If he adds another premiership medal around his neck will be hard not to call him one of the best of all time.

He reinvented himself out of necessity and found a whole new level.

Next to Carey has been the most influential player at any one club.

Earns most of his possessions unlike Ablett and Swan’s run from behind cheap tally builders.

Will hopefully play forward to extend his longevity and add more highlights to his already illustrious career.

Not to mention a prospective father son.

He could play more games for us than he did with the Eagles but I believe he would still seem to be more of an eagle than a blue.

Of course I am thrilled that we have him though. :thanks:
