It's a fairly stock- standard questionnaire about your satisfaction or otherwise about the membership packages.

Do you want better merchandise and therefore a price rise or do you just want the card and a cheaper rate? What method do you want to use to pay for it? etc etc.

Same price with no merchandise or higher price with same merchandise.

I didn't start this thread to bag the club, Juanita.
I started it because I'm interested to hear others opinions & constructive criticism (which the club asked for) on members' issues & what (within its control) the club can improve.

It's a bit unfortunate that some are having trouble accessing the survey - definitely a bit awkward if it's a widespread problem.

Also I noticed that Melbourne Victory gave different membership packs to those who have been members for longer.

I like the idea of the club spending a little bit more on the merchandise for longer / loyal members to try and incorporate a bit of exclusivity into the different membership packs (assuming the quality is decent).
