Huge statement....

When asked if anyone has spoken directly or indirectly to Mick Malthouse... the answer has always been NO.
I'm told that according to 'Whispers'......

That's because they haven't....
If the question was asked about Roos...... the answer might be different.......

On face value it would appear more logical to go roos as first option. But as doc has suggested a number of times, roos has a myriad of reasons why he is not interested. So where does that leave us?

Roos has been asked on several occasions and his answer is a definitive 'NO'.

Nothing that a 4 hour telephone call from George Harris couldn't fix.

Why the hell would Paul Roos stick his head in the noose at Carlton?

No chance, unfortunately.

Didnt Bomber thompson deny his impending move to the bombers for ages with A definitive 'NO'
didn't Hirdy deny his impending move to the bombers for ages with plenty of definitive 'NO's'

He could have a solid contract as we speak and he will still deny it until the handover.
I am not saying he is signed, however, if he were we wouldn't know

Gerard on aw again bringing up that the blues will approach roos if results are poor.
Then they open up the lines up.

Cant wait to see it Roos comes in starts trading away first and second round draft picks for blokes in their mid twenties and brings in a contested stoppage style of game that means guys like Gibbs Yarran Gartlett become obsolete and are traded away

Then we spend years at positions 5 to 8 hoping that a window of opportunity opens up that we sneak into
And heaven help him if he coaches from the sideline and shows sone emotion
