collins against the cats, he was very impressive, getting better with confidence, moves well, i am happy with him.
watson, starting to get a go and looking very much at home down back.
mclean, finally getting he's chance and taking it, at least he has a crack.
bit hard to judge players who are injured or just coming back from injuries.
looking forward to mitchell playing from the square.

Watto has done well the past two weeks.
Boots is a rookie, can't claim improvement in him.

Struggling for anyone else.

The bonus of the injuries and poor form recently has meant that our young players have been given a go and we will get the benefits.

Bootsma - has shown he will be a very good player. Needs a pre season or two to build up a bit but looks to be a class player.
Ellard - This guy has worked as hard as anyone to make it. Recruited as a small forward has improved his endurance and work rate. Will never be a star but he is Carrazzo mark II and will play an important role.
Watson - Big, strong and uses the ball well. Another reason why I don't get concerned about reserves form. Pace is worry and news to work on that but has shown he could be a top CHB in the future.
Collins - Not sure about improvement but given a fair run with injuries will be a handy player.
Hampson - improved early playing in ruck. Shown now he is a ruck only and playing fwd is hurting his development
