Geelong by as much as they please until Carlton find some heart across the entire playing group.

If that happens tonight an upset could loom.

Not sure if it can be (re)discovered in a week.

How does such a disaster occur from such promise?

Fair summation. Whether acknowledged or not, the injury toll has been massive.

I believe we will show plenty tonight, we may not win, but we will have a dip.

I think I'm getting better after the Port game or am I becoming delirious ?

We will know the answer to that in about 10 hours.

Nurse him through the season?.

That's what I'd do, given the choice.

I think its only fair we all be nursed through the season; however, if we can only organise the one, I'd prefer to be nursed first.

That is still a 42% chance of us losing. Wonder how Massey had us last week.

Win Probability of 52% last week.

Some useless stats,

Since rd 6 - every team that has played GWS has lost the week after. Geelong played GWS last week and we were the 1st team to start the curse.

Geelong have beaten us the last 9 times in a row at etihad...... sh1t home ground that is.. In fact we haven't beat them there at all. Only once we were in front at the final siren in 2002 and lost with a kick after.. (Wiggins touched it)

yeah, strangely, me too Dane.
This feeling kicked in a couple of hours ago.

I wouldn't bet on it though,
or, maybe I will.

Yep, I'm expecting a competitive effort.
The biggest advantage is I doubt Geelong will flood the midfield like other clubs have. They'll back their midfield to go one on one with ours.
Firstly because they have faith in themselves and secondly, they have bloody big egos.

It could be the first chance in weeks for our small forwards to receive some rapid ball movement and get themselves into the game.

Not me I think we are going to get pumped something severely

we have structural issues with the team and we are relying on very fickle players to win us games

accidently ended up watching the last quarter of last years game.

The players who got us almost over the line in the last 10 minutes that night were Waite, Scotland, Duigan, Carrazzo, Laidler and Murphy.......

Well cimm, I believe this is similar to the pregnacy phenomenon. Mother nature makes us forget the pain we had, so we can go on and stuff up..err procreate..or err support again after a loss.
