The worrying thing for me is how they are constantly flat at the start of games. It's as if playing a game of footy os a chore for some of these blokes. Look at the way Richmond and Essendon* are going about it this year. Hard and uncompromising football. We play compromising football!

The same problems we've had for years are still problems. Lack of hardness, lack of consistent endeavour, lack of leadership.

Our recruiting has been terrible, our development substandard and we'll fall off the cliff very quickly if we're not careful.

Time to make a statement.

Fact is, while we all take to this forum as it is the one thing we can control, I really don't believe anything will change. There'll be another ridiculous and embarrassing marketing slogan "Look how f'ing good we are etc." and we'll all be laughed at as Essendon* and Richmond win flags while we have to watch Bryce Gibbs and his rent boy haircut play another ten years

The season is gone, Carlton won't make top 4 and probably won't make the 8. Simple fact apart from Judd and possibly Robbo there is no one in that side that is willing to put their b*lls on the line and get a hard ball. You can talk about injuries but the players they have got in just are not up to it and probably never will be.

Here we have a side in Port Adelaide that was a basket case and laughing stock of the AFL last year showing a supposed top 4 side how to play a game of football in the wet.
