99 Prelim on Footy Flashbacks this morning - would be a good choice for our boys pre-game routine.

@#$%&! I hated Michael Long.

I see dark clouds and rain looks imminent. Just concerned our big guns getting some form and confidence back.. hope they watched Collingwood v Crows game last night to see what's required... relentless hunger for the contest..we have the class in very large doses, just need that hunger, form and confidence back.

You have to admit that the current form of the players wouldnt allow many game plans to work. Fumbling, not sticking tackles, giving up on chasing players, missing shots, misjudging clear one on ones and losing them not even halving them, not setting up properly at stoppages (maybe missing Carrots for that), not playing with intensity and choosing bad options. You cant build a gameplan around failing to do the basics right.

We all know the tactics the opposition are using play a big part in our confidence being sapped that would have led to all those basics being screwed up but I am sure the coaches would know that and would be working on new counter tactics. The season (and their jobs) is on the line. On the track however it is up to the players to get their heads screwed on right, get their confidence back and their touch and FFS get some resilience.

 Bravo club a little bit of sanity

Love to see Tuohy in the middle playing a Carrots role.

Doubt if he has the motor right now, but it will happen.

Fair enough... but that also occurs if the players don't trust the game plan.

Chicken or the egg???

Today I'd like to see something different... don't care about the margin if we're trying something that will help us for the rest of the season.

Obviously a conservative approach to managing Yarran's return from injury.

Yarran too. Can't say that helps my nerves.

Here's hoping we have our house in order today. Go blues
