People may say this is too early, unwarranted or otherwise agree but heres my thoughts.

A crisis meeting needs to happen, we've lost all spark, fight & confidence. No heart.
Journos, supporters & Ratts are all questioning the teams & individuals hardness and gut running both directions and the boys arent helping the cause. The boys should be fired up, pumped to prove their worth.

We will struggle to make the 8 at this rate & wouldn even pencil in a win against Melbourne this coming weekend.

Rounds 1 to 3, we had a functional fwd set up,the best midfield in the business and the best ruck combo, Rounds 4-8 we have no fwd functionality, an injury riddled midfield with a few that seem to be running one direction & a ruck division which is which isnt contributing around the ground and wins most hit outs to no avail in the clearance department.

Ratts needs to go, good teams have worked out his plan A and he struggles getting a plan B. Id like to see Alan Richardson get a gig before season ends.

I have been watching both Seniors & Reserves alot the past few seasons and its obvious our list is alot shallower than most think, we have undeserving senior players getting guernseys and no replacements set to come in and make an impact. Our fwd line is disfunctional in the seniors and non existent in reserves......Our senior list lacks the bigger, stronger bodies who can throw their weight around and theres no one in reserves that fills that description.

Luke Mitchell needs to come back asap and make an instant impact for the recruiters to get kudos. Watson, McCarthy, Kerr, McInnes, etc arent gonna come in and fill roles, Buckley & Boots its too early to say both showed a bit of late but are skinny kids.

Bower, Russell, Joseph, McLean, Davies & White have all had enough chances & all arent up to scratch & arent required
Collins deserves another crack before going on list above
Warnock or Hammer, Gibbs & Thornton should be put on the trade table. Not saying they arent good but to get the required players we need to be ruthless and if Melbourne got two first round picks for Scully we'd fair well trading one or two of the three named.

Got a bit excited there.

Isn't Alan Richardson a major part, Senior Assistant, of the current coaching setup?
