Let's wait to the season ends before assassinating the coach, players, recruiting dept, waterboys, boot studders. We are in a hole but the season ain't a sprint. We miss top 4 and lose to top 4/8 teams then there's a compelling reason for change.

It seems we have holes in our development process and we obviously messed up in our preseason somehow. Structures look poor but they do whenever you lose.

We lack confidence and belief- that's everyone's fault, but it suggests the players are trying to follow the plan and it's just not good enough. Now that is the case it's time to find another plan.
