Wow there's a lot of negativity here. Look we played absolutely poorly on Monday night, and our last month has been ordinary, but we can turn it all around this Sunday, sit 6-2 with Melbourne and Port Adelaide following (Not even us getting ahead of ourselves will stop us winning these two games) so a big chance to go 8-2. No Taylor Walker is a massive, massive loss and far outweighs Waite's injury.

Blues by 24 in a tight contest

Yeah not feeling great about this...

Last week it was Hayes, tomorrow Thompson. Hope we've done some serious soul searching because their lesser lights Ray Armitage etc had a ball against us.

Taylor walker out won't matter if we can't clear the ball ourselves.

I believe this is a real season defining game

The Crows haven't won here since 2009.

If we lose this game, I reckon we are [REDACTED]

Although I agree regarding it being a big game, if we win this and then drop 1 of the next 2 - were's the advantage?
We need to start winning the games we need to win, are expected to win and games that get us into positive ladder positions.
Throwing games agianst StKilda - lost by 20 points and played as bad as Bulldogs game last year - makes victories like this meaningless
I got up this morning looking for blood to drink - I hope the boys did the same and are focused for retribution. But it's only the start today.

Exacvtly....
Lose this game, and we not only will be losing touch with the Top 4, we ll be barely clinging onto a Top 8 spot...
We simply MUST win this game, as the fallout will from a loss will be huge..

Well we have Melbourne and Port the next two weeks so if we drop one of those games.... :yikes:

Very keen to see how St Kilda go over in Perth today. If they win last week won't look quite so bad.

Spoiler

We will lose today. The crows are well coached. The Blues don't have coach that can make changes to team either on game day or at the selection table.

I can live with the loss, but another week of "the boys were a bit flat" "we weren't efficient inside 50" etc etc and nothing from the coaching panel during the game might cause me to projectile vomit at the TV.

I take it Collins was just rested from the VFL yesterday as a precautionary measure?

If I gambled, I'd take that bet for sure.
But I don't gamble probably because I'm rubbish at it, and the bookies know far more than I do.

Still, I don't get those odds at all. The only thing I can think of is that the crows just don't attract money, and Carlton does.

Maybe whatever currency they use in SA has a poor exchange rate to AUD.
