Essendon* number 1 for sure. This mob make my blood boil. A loss to them hurts like nothing else. Smug, media darlings made even more repuslive now Golden Boy Hird is in charge. At least under Knights I had slightly less reason to hate them.

Collingwood - Yes, I do hate them, but compared to Essendon* it feels a little forced. Like I've been told to hate them but don't feel it in my bones. As someone else said, i reckon they hate us more than we hate them. Still hate em though.

Hawthorn - Pushing hard for the number two spot. Just have so many smug friends who support them. Ugh.

Eagles - Cheats. The dream run they get at Subiaco from the umps has been a bugbear of mine for years. And their idiotic supporters still boo the whole bloody game.

I live in Adelaide and hating Crows is hating Collingwood.

Collingwood- "We are the most hated club" no you are not. We are and everybody knows it. Also they are a big bunch of whingers. Get easy draws for years and only manage to snag one flag and that against a club that has a history of failure that is unsurpassed
Essendon- Prentenders and poseurs, AFL and media darlings whose greatest wish is to be like us but lack the moxy. If they had been done over like we were over salary cap breaches they would have curled up and cried like little girls
St Kilda- A complete and utter failure of a club that had the gall to try and lord it over us when we were down and bleeding. Now slowly sinking back to the depths that they had briefly ascended from. Good riddence and see you again in a hundred years. Maybe.

Filth - Everything about them , from Eddie's smug gob on TV and Radio and his oh so insincere attempts at neutrality when he commentates on Collingwood issues right through to Joffa and his stupid Jacket. From their inane song, I mean 'cakewalk'...seriously!!! through to the missing teeth and the moccasins. I hate every fibre about this mob and rejoice in their many failures.

Scum - 2 microns behind the Filth above. Not sure how this rivalry developed, maybe the 99 prelim but seriously, these guys think their sh1t doesnt stink and with pretty boy hird at the helm i hate them even more. Losing to these losers hurts bad.

St Kilda - For so long I pitied these guys as the perennial losers and actually harbored some affection for them as a nursing home for former Carlton greats. Soon as they get their once in a generation sniff at success they go all snobby and revel in our demise. They loved to lord it up when the tables were turned during our dark years. It looks like the eclipse has gone and the universe is slowly righting itself, there will be no pity for these losers when they resume their rightful place at the bottom of the ladder.

Richmond - Actually feel a bit of pity for these guys. Our club was dysfunctional but changes were made and improvement followed. This mob has made an artform out of stuffing things up. I know I am meant to hate them as much at the 1st two on the list but I would actually like to see their young group improve. Their annual 'boom-bust' cycle is more predictable than the tides and because of their large following you just know the press will chime in to pump their bubble up at the start of every season just to draw in the punter's $$ before the wholly predictable week 1 smashing and 180 degree reversal into despair. That said, some of the Richmond ferals at the footy are the equal of anybody's even the Filth or Pt Adelaide, some seriously questionable folks follow the Tiges. When you go to junior footy and there is a little kid with a 'rat tail' haircut, a snotty nose, boots held together with electrical tape and his mum's 'partner' looks like he is on day release, that kid is almost always wearing a Richmond Jumper!

Hawks - Well ahead of themselves most of the time and plenty of frontrunning supporters. I seem to have a load of mates that follow the Hawks and they have loved bagging me out for the last 10 or so years. I still hate Clarkson for the 'battle of Britain' incident, weak and gutless. Tasmania?? WTF?? I also reckon more Hawks supporters drink red wine than beer.

Hawks - They seem to get more credit for their 'golden era' 83 86 88 etc than we got for ours 79 81 82 87.
