This should insert this lyric into our theme song...

Don't it always seem to go
That you don't know what you've got
'Til it's gone

That's exactly my point - he should attempt it more often.

Gibbs is super important to our team Keogh. Go back and watch each game this season. He sets us up out of the back half. He is not always the loose man in defence. We try to free him up but if it doesnt happen he is happy to take a man and thrash him if the ball comes near. This usually frees up Yarran who hasnt been tagged out once this year because gibbs is there if they try it.

He may not be the Buckley or Ricuitto you dreamt of but that is not his fault. Its your dream. Nothing wrong with being the no.1 attacking defender in the league. It is not a crime.

Having a great season.

Don't know why you bother club29. Waste of typing time.

You are right. I wish i was a different sort of footy geek that instead of waffling on about Gibbs in the backline, training load theories and our forward press, i could just create a Gibbs 2012 great moments youtube clip with a G'n'R November Rain soundtrack to prove my point.

Kouta. Cazzeman Club29
As Eastwood said.
Opinions are like arseholes everyones got one.

Mine is not completely different to yours Kouta despite the emotive language.
You only highlighted a small portion of the post.

And Cazz dont know why I bother either mate.
And it wasnt me who said he squibbed it twice on Sunday.
Find that poster and bake him as well if you want.

If I was the only poster who thinks different about Bryce Gibbs
on this site then you have a point.
I am not so while you are it find them and bake them as well.

See you for now boys.

The main thing i wanted from last Sundays game was a win, and no injuries, and it looks like we got that. Nothing to see here.... however if we dont come out with the correct intensity vs the Saints this monday, we will have our pants pulled down

Watching that video hammer really has come a long way. Hopefully he can keep improving through the year. Looks set for a 50+ goal return which would be a great result

..pies win notwithstanding, i don't think we're playing anywhere near as well as we were last year.. ..manic pressure and intensity isn't anywhere near as ferocious and consistent yet.. ..tackles count is down, as is our clearance work.. ..i think we're on a slow burn actually..

I agree, and think its a good thing. As long as we can keep winning games, i'm happy to not be playing great footy. We still have a couple of gears up out sleeve, no doubt. We want to hit top gear in that tough month mid season, then again leading up to finals
