Pro: Walkers return. Outstanding
Working a win through that garbage flood shit
Hammer
Robbo for 2/5 of the game - when it needed to be won.
Winning with JW having a shocker
"Busy Schedule" will mean a harmonious week on TC
Trolling Freo into thinking they had a chance
HENDO!

Con:
Kreuze is having a rough patch
Duigs too.
Commentary.
Can we go back to the white tops - please?

Pros
Gibbs was great
Betts through the midfield
Jamo and Waite were not good and we were ok
Walker was very handy

Cons
Way off a 4 quarter game
Look slow off the mark
Quite reactive

Dunno about the ruck but Kreuz fed the runners well by hand out of the packs I thought.
Walker had superb hands from the start, great kicking too.
Hendo very good again but the commentary still only think he's "solid".
Great to guts it out and get on top finally in the 3rd, pity we couldn't retain more of that advantage at the end.
4pts on the road is always very nice

Pros

Walks - a great return. Handled the ball very well, hit targets, kicked goals, and nearly took MOTY. A fair night's work :smoking:
Hendo superb.
We go well in Perth.

Cons

Ross Lyon
Scragging of Judd
Defending the lead from too far out. Play a "normal" last quarter and we win by 30+

Cons:
Had freo kicked straight early it would have been extremely difficult. We were lucky they were inaccurate. I think Ross Lyon knew talking to Tim Watson they blew their chance after those misses and Fyfe's turnover.

Biggest Pro:
Great to have 1AW back.

Biggest Con:
We missed Carrots in the midfield rotation, and will for some time.

weathered the storm and turned their negative into our positive (goal kicking)
betts patches on the ball were great
winning without judd and murphy having much of an influence
walkers return; great pace and ball handling all night
armfield on hill; got beaten a couple of times but never threw in the towel and kept competing really good

con's
their start
our finish

Pro:
We won with some major players (Judd, Garlett, Betts and even Murphy for a big part) fairly quiet.
Defensive efforts
Walker's hands
A hard fought win in Perth
Some great team play when we were able to free up the space.

Con:
All WA umpiring effort.
The start of the first, and last 15 mins of the last.
Walker didn't hold the MOTY contender.

Pros:

Gibbs, Hendo, Scotto, Simmo, Robbo.
Nice little midfield cameo from Betts in midfield at the start of the 2nd half.
The big boys were up again.
Walker's return.
Jamo was pretty good too.

Cons:

Shaky start. Shaky finish. Probably should have put the Dockers away, but got a bit cute and tired towards the end.
Few of the fringe players didn't do a lot. Joseph looked rusty. And JR seems to have lost confidence when he has the ball in hand.
Watching a Ross Lyon coached team. Brilliant coach, but almost unwatchable.

Pros:
I don't get to the footy much, and this was the first time I have seen the Blues win in the flesh in over 10 years. It was sweet and I even bought my little girl an Andrew Walker badge to mark her first ever live win for the Navy Blues :)

Cons:
I didn't really have the heart to give it to the Freo supporters. The poor buggers have to watch that dross every week...

PROS

Won a game that in years past we would have lost. There was a sense of confidence in the group that the game was within our control.

I thought Hendo was really solid.

Loved Eddie's clean hands early in the third -- I thought he was silk and really sparked us during that patch.

Walks was terrific. Such an electrifying player. Also, his interview after the game (as compared to his interview after his first game) highlights his maturity ;)

I also thought Jamo improved a lot from his performance the week before.

We were able to control the ball for long periods of time and shut them down.

No injuries and a nine day break.

CONS

Obviously the last quarter fade out.

It felt like we got smashed at the clearances, especially in the centre square (the stats may not back that up but it was just a sense)

Judd not kicking that goal from a setshot in the last. It would have iced the game.

Some of Simo's turnovers in the first half but he fought back manfully so he is excused.

I also think Zach Touhy has lost a tiny bit of confidence which is perhaps not surprising given he is still finding his way.

Pros:
Joseph on Ballantine, Armfield on Hill & Henderson on Pav
Jamison getting into the groove, Walker's return
Simpson, Robinson and Curnow's games
Intensity
Accuracy infront of goal

Cons:
Umpires!!!!!! - some of the decision against us and that's not even considering the Judd incident(S).
Clearances - smashed without Sandi
Forward setup/Disposal into F50
Thornton - sorry T-Bird.

Had a huge impact around the packs with his clean hands. Great win for the coaches.
