All form, logic and reason points to a heavy defeat for the Bummers.

However........... (isnt there always one)

Notice quite a few posters have mentioned loading up $ on a 40+ points win
or over 10 goal win....which in most people's eyes on here sounds reasonable.
Personally i have had a decent nibble at the under 39 point margin @ $2.55.

My reasoning for this is (apart from the obvious value) ......since 1993 when
we have played them twice every year, in the first encounter for the year, the
highest winning margin in all that time has been 37 points.
Ten of those instances the margin has been 20 points or less.

In the second meeting in all those years their have been 8 instances where the margin
has blown out to over 40 points.

Even to look at the last 5 years bears the above out also.......
2007 1st round won by 3 ....... 2nd round lost by 10
2008 1st round lost by 16 ....... 2nd round lost by 35
2009 1st round lost by 4 ....... 2nd round lost by 69
2010 1st round lost by 20 ........ 2nd round won by 76
2011 1st round draw ........ 2nd round won by 74

Having said all that i still would not mind a 100 point thrashing handed out !!

The problem with the above logic is that we've barely ever been favourites, let alone better than 10-1 on..
