Compared to most other interview subjects, whenever Judd is interviewed he controls the room, not the interviewer.

Mentioned that he is not surprised in the development of players such as Hampson and Henderson, as it's not something that happens overnight and internally you see the improvement closely as it unfolds.

At the time we recruited Judd I believed it was going to be good for us if he never played a game, such is the improvement in player culture he was going to bring.

To this day I still believe it to be true, even though it was heart-breaking to lose Josh Kennedy. Without doubt, Judd has significantly influenced the development of Murphy and our other mid-fielders, whether directly or indirectly. The standards he sets, both on and off the field, are some of the primary reasons for where our club is today.
