Laidler is very close and may yet prove himself.
Word is that if the game was to be played on Saturday, we may had more than just him at the ready.

Whichever way, we have the team to over run the Tigers and should do so with comfort.
Oddly though, we are almost going into this game as the under-dogs due to "experts" opinions.
Richmond under pressure? I sure hope so.

I think we are in trouble for round 1 ... I reckon we will get rolled easily (CHOKE). Hoping that I am wrong ... If I am ... the Worry Room should be renamed the Big Blue Wave Worry Room.

This is great news either way Harks. Laidler is the guy we can't do without against the top teams.

I love that song!

I am guilty of always singing it before the games when we play them. Feel a bit guilty..but it's sooo fun to sing! Never sing it post game though.

If they beat us on Thurs, I might start agreeing with you.

Mitch Robinson is so vital to the Blues. He just adds that energy ... and when things are running a bit flat ... thats when he really proves his worth. I was at the North game and as soon as he went off ... we just lacked that bite in the clearances. I hope he is fighting fit on Thursday night ... we are really going to need him.

..even with the natural improvement of the tigers, and a stronger midfield with cotchin fit and martin fit and lids introduced into it, they're still one of the worst kicking sides going around, and their midfield isn't defensive enough.. ..both backlines are inexperienced, they're tall fwd power is counter-balanced by our small fwd power.. ..our press is better, turn on the pressure and the tigers will crumble..

Except for Ivan Maric, who has evolved into a match-winning star......over summer.

The main change would be: no Warnock, Walker & Laidler this time. Plus no form coming into the game.

Is that worth 100 points?
Probably not. But psychology is a funny thing.

If the game's played in the head, we should win by 100 again.

I really agree with this.
Adds so much composure and guidance for a young man. Plays and leads others, well beyond his years.
At this stage Tuohy and Yarran still need Jamo, Laidler and Duigan around them as it lifts their confidence.
We'll know the outcomes after training tomorrow.

Even though Mitchell has been put on the LTI, my understanding is that progress is good.

A superstar who could not beat out our 4th best ruckman for a place in Adelaide's best 22.

I hate Richmond...really really hate 'em...and Neil Balme and ....

but I really dig their club song. It's a beauty.
Enjoy singing it when they lose or duing the off season in summer.

We will win.
