OK, got one for an unsung hero.

French.

"Barney Army...Barney Army....Barney Army etc etc etc"

I'm happy with any Barney chants, thanks for that Ado :D

Oh and Tommi great too meet you on Saturday night and the Fevola song is SO good. I have not stopped singing/humming it. I loved Prenda's face when we all started singing it, it was GOLD.

The chants rock people would love to see them become 'in vogue' have fond memeories of the old 'grog' squad.

And what classics they are .. I wondered about some of them until I saw the dates .. and then the posting topic

One Matty Lappin .. there's only one Matty Lappin ...
Brendon Feeeevooooolaaaa Brendon Feeeevooooolaaaa ...
Deluc .. Deluc .. Deluca's on fire (oh well .. there are some we won't ever sing again)

How about some for / about the newbies?

Our Marc Murphy .. let me ask you is he aaaanyyyyy goooood?!

Or some revamped oldies

And after alllll ... He's our Lance Whitnalllllll

Or bring back the old Ange Christou "Oooooooo"s whenever Brycie kicks the ball ..

I like Bryce Bryce Gibbseee!
Or even Mark Mark Murpheee ...

You're a champ, tommi!
Pity I can't get to the game more often .. still, there's R15 (I think) this year in July .. I have a Swedish couple coming along. They love their ice hockey, but have made AFL their sport of choice here in Aus .. just have to convince them to quote your earlier contribution!

or something along those lines .. might even need to learn how to say &*^$#*@ in Swedish, to make them feel more at home

Yeh spose

But it still works rhythmically

What about Josh Josh Baby

(You choose the Josh)

And to update it, you could go

Ding ding ding d-d-ding ding (like that Frog's new version)

Or maybe not

YOU started it!

And isn't rhythm the idea behind a chant?

I spose I could take back the Josh or Marc ones...

As TISM said

"If you don't like it come up with something better, flowerface!"

Some people have got too much time on their hands ...

Which isn't a bad thing (he says, writing on the TC instead of listening to lectures for Uni)

(You could take the "We got ... #n" and apply that to the 50 Days of Christmas ... now that would go on forever!!)

Der der dat ... WTF is that?

(a tune will do)
