Bower needs to be put in a better effort than that to win his place back in this team.

Than which? The play where he read the ball in flight better than his opponant only to have it bounce at right angles and into Walker's lap?

You're on fire early Roy.

If Judd and Murphy go down Carlton will be in serious trouble.

Ridiculous comment after 30 minutes of pre-season football. Lucas in good nick, Kerr having a go in midfield, Watson showing he needs to work on his technique in 1-on-1 contests and Curnow in fine nick.

GO THE FRO

Likin' Hendo and Lucas..Handsome impressive..How about eddie finessing the ball earlier too.

SAkc those hack commentators.(boooo!)

He is putting the effort, but he's in defence manning up, not running amuck in midfield.

You're 1/5 on the commentary.

bower allows the ball to bounce all too often imo... needs to attack it a lot harder

The score in these games doesnt matter much...

Just good to see Hammer showing some promise up forward.

Watson still makes some dumb mistakes and has a long way to go.

Lucas gets a lot of the ball but is a turnover king

Armfield the same as Lucas

Brock looking ok

Garlett and Yaz still lookign dangerous

Loving Kreuz's 2nd efforts

If Bower had been harder at the ball he would have marked the ball, instead Adelaide were able to kick a 9 pointer from Bower's poor effort.
