I can tell you the entire draw bar 2 games

we play everyone once 17 rounds - 4 trips interstate one to each state - Crows at AMMI - GWS in Sydney -GC at carrara - West coast in perth
we play coll- rich and Essendon* twice - 3 games

the other 2 are a lottery - most likely one of WC Crows at Etihad and the other most likely Melb or Stkilda

Nice post. Easy to do in hindsight. You are right of course. The maths never lie.

The remaining two games will be interesting. I think the AFL will be keen for us to play a struggling (financially) Melb club here in Melb so they can get the gate. so it might well be Melb, Dogs or NM.

Melbourne and North to get extra crack at Greater Western Sydney

Of interest

- Carlton have a lot of Friday night games
- Collingwood go interstate 5 times playing Port  Brisbane  GWS  Adelaide  Sydney
- Hawthorn and Essendon* get Port twice
- Melbourne, North, GC, Sydney, Adelaide get GWS twice

I'm going to guess our interstate games are against Brisbane (confirmed?) West Coast, Sydney, GWS and Port.

Gee Collingwood get it tough, finally have to venture out of Melbourne a few times and look at who they play, Port, Brisbane, GWS, Adelaide and Swans. They will win at least 4 of those.
Would have liked to get Port or GWS twice next year.
Love Friday night games so happy about that.

I like the idea of playing GWS, GC, Port, Richmond and Brisbane all twice so we can line up 10 wins before we start .

We know we will play Collingwood, Essendon* and Richmond twice before we start. We just need to two more. A couple of the above would be nice. We are waiting with baited breath for the draw basically just to see 2 games.

According to that article definitely not GWS and Port, so hopefully GC and Brisbane.

Double Perth is a bugger however it is nice to not travel to Sydney.
Glad we aren't playing the Hawks or Cats twice.
Hopefully we get the GWS "bye" late in the season to allow us to freshen up for finals.

Thanks SAS- a good omen; in '95, we had to travel to Perth twice and to Brisbane (we won't talk about Sydney in that one, will we?!!)

Draw is massively overrated. We count wins and losses, not who and where. If we want to make top 4 you have to beat the good teams anyway.

One of those Perth trips will be super late in the season though.
