What I was trying to say, is he is a band aid to our forward line.
A back up for now.
Won't disagree but while he is a short term solution if he can play half as well as did in the EF up forward he can stay there for a while. His body work and contested marking was the best I'd seen from a Carlton forward in ages. We don't have that with the others. While that form is not the norm he has shown he can play that role well enough to support Waite and Walker as well as Kreuzer when he's there. The temporary solution until development from our kids.
Better prospect than putting one of the other ruckman there by a long way who have shown many times they can't play the position and can't catch a cold. Can never understand people's excitement there. They forget easily.
