You assume we are on the cusp of a new era? Things might turn out things might not. If all we get is a few prelims and a loss in a granny then it all means zilch, or have the dark years infected your memory of what being Carlton is all about? Being Carlton is about premierships, that's what ratten said when he came back. That's our culture. Don't start touching eachothers dicks til we get back to where we are supposed to be. Strike me if some cfc faithful haven't gotten soft in the last ten years and now border on accepting mediocrity. I bet you Sticks isn't happy and content. The Ahole has a flag and just lost a prelim and isn't content and won't accept the also ran-ness. It's the uncompromising culture that used to define us.

BTW, when we do get back to where we are supposed to be, please refrain from touching my dick.

That's more than slightly ridiculous.

More propaganda from the Cazzes. Tell you what, you talk of pride, well I say we will lose our pride unless we win a flag.
Not one win against top four with Scotto 31, Waite 29, n Judd 28.
Not saying we are in strife but clearly a lot of work to be done. Any idiot can see from
last nites game we are a fair bit off the pace. As I said, let's not touch eachother's dicks yet OK

Propaganda from the Cazzes

It's really easy to come here and take a pot shot isn't it?

Your problem is you take whats said at a press conference too literally. Every coach is different and deals with winning or losing differently.

You'd prefer an angry little ant that screams and shouts and punches dugout's (not to mention opposition players from behind).

Its not what happens in the 2 hours after a game in public that counts, but you go away and play with your dick while you dream about having a coach like 'Clarko'.

Scotland, Waite, and Judd 31,29,28? You make it sound like we have the oldest list in the league! Dont mind the fact that Waite didn't play half the year, and 'Judd 28' only happened 2 weeks ago and will play all of 2012 at the same age.

Waite plays we beat West Coast, Warnock doesn't black out we beat Geelong. Yes fact is we didn't, but there's ways you'd 'prefer' to lose to such teams to show you perhaps you might not be that far away and the playing list needs a tinkering rather than an overhaul. No-one is pushing back the chair, sticking the feet on the desk, raising the arms behind the head and claiming that the work is now done.

As for the coaches reactions TBB has it right. Football clubs aren't run via 5 minutes snippets in the media. It's a 12 month/24/7 organisation.

Doesn't matter who says what, or who beats their.....er chest.....the hardest it doesn't mean that we aren't hurting any more or less than they are, or aren't going to work any harder or less than they will to achieve the ultimate.

This from the so called Mod who seems to be taking a lot of pot shots himself lately at fellow posters, the hypocrisy is laughable mate it really is. I think it's all getting too much for you, if you can't have a coloured name in here and not be able to take pot shots at other pposters then maybe its time you hung up the boots.??
And you seem to be missing the point (not for the first time). The coach is just a small part of the wider picture, maybe you should re visit my posts.
And seriously, let's not say 'and your problem is...', that's so pressumptuous it borders on naive arrogance on your behalf. Or have you go a masters in psychology?

Sugar this is a 'positive' thread about our great club, so maybe you would like to start a 'negetative' thread about the club. Promise I won't post in it.

Hmm, ''ok to enjoy the journey'' ? Yeah, well said bluegirl.

Sugar, I reckon you might have been one of those ''are we there yet''? Kind of kids.

Time to bury 'Sugarcane' and start again?

We can but try.......................................................but with good supporters like yourself it is a constant battle. But I'm up for it

Why don't you go and find Clarkso to punch a few plaster walls and roll a few drunken Pie supporters.

Back to the topic.

This year saw us make a 4/6th change to our backline and it worked well. Laidler, Henderson, Duigan and Yarran have all played less than 50 games.

If we could make that gain in other areas of the team we will go very close.

We have alot to lokk forward to.

Was it really a 4/6th change? It seemed to me that it was only about two thirds..... Looks can be deceiving, I guess.
