Judd on the 50, turn, one step, bang, goal, back to the square.

Nonchalant brilliance, Judd is thy name.

THIS! But it started with Murphy about 2.5 seconds before :smoking: .

That was a weird moment for mine, because I watched him not move, but never saw contact to the head.

Then he was suddenly up and about again, so it was fear, confusion, relief, and pride all in the space of about 30 seconds. I think he copped a knock to the side or the ribs, so he could be a concern for next week despite playing out the game.

Jeff's goal from the boundary early in the game.

Betts' goal that bounced through with some good shepherding from Walker.

Hendo's touch on the line - the ball looked like it was going to stop but kept going so he really had to stretch.

Forgot that one.

It's going to be tough.

Who was the Essendon* flower who tapped it out the back of the pack for Betts to run in and kick a goal? And didn't he do the exact same thing last time we played them?

Hardingham, pml at that one, if it were to a teammate it would have been brilliant

Loved Walker's left handed bounce and Hawthorn style handpass to set up Carrazzo's goal. :smoking:

It doesn't get much better than this. (Perhaps if somehow we could have had More-frees diving and not receiving a free as well?)

He got hands on a few high marking attempts. Was quite surprised by his spring. How good is it to see a champion continually developing new strengths to his game. Is spending a fair bit of time forward and I think he's ready to have a 4 goal game

This is slightly embarrassing for me but I leapt off the couch, stood and applauded when he did that.

Absolutely love Simmo.

Murphy's goal barging through traffic. Powerful statement of intent and dominance

probably not play of the day but Army has copped a bit for his disposal and his kick across the body running flat out to the boundary that hit the target and opened up play was great..

Murphy's chase down and tackle on the 'speedy' Davey set the tone early on.

Oh me too.....

I was in raptures..... I stood up and bowed and just went apeshit over his efforts and not a flower soul around me even acknowledged it....I'm sure they thought I was from another planet.

Walker taking an uncontested chest mark in the goal square in a crowd of three or four of the world's greatest defenders.

Comedy gold!

Play of the day son!
