Sounds like Bryce might be out with a left AC joint. He could raise his arm over his shoulder on the way off the ground, so hopefully it won't be too bad.

Just on ABC radio Bryce didn't take part in the song after the game.

Absolutely loved it. How good was Warnock!

I guess we've finally proved that Hird is not the messiah, he's just an annoying boy.

Pretty happy that Warnokc stood up today. He'll have a much tougher test next week though.

Superb stuff. Murph was legendary, and 206 heroic all day, but for me, the difference early was the contested marking of T-Bird. Has a had a great season too and then to go to another level in finals pressure was GOLD.

Good to see the brothers up and about again too - Jeffy good for most of the day, Yazz really good and Eduardo bobbed up when needed.

Also can't go past the improvement in Hendo. Very quick for a key backman too - he runs away from them and then delivers very well.

Hope Gibbs' shoulder is ok, but not looking flash.

What a ripping team effort. Some great coaching moves as well Robbo sacraficing being an onballer to play on Fletcher, was surprised Hird didnt try and move him. The monkey is off our backs after 10 long years of crap and i couldnt be a happier Blues fan.

Bring on the Weagles.

I think that sums it up.

And whoever the guy was wearing the white away jumper in Section M11 that was taunting the bummers fans after every goal, take a bow, your work was sublime.

Congrats to Ratts, the players and everyone at the club. A fantastic day to be CARLTON !

We did what should've been done to what was in all honesty an insipid opposition. The likes of Hille, McVeigh - ugh !

206 really stood up - terrific effort today. Thornton was fantastic too with some really solid efforts.

Murph a real leader now and very proud of little Jeffy for getting the job done. Slimmo and Scotto delivered again.

Yep he gets his contract extension.
The next 2 to 3 years is the test. Not putting the gloss off the win but Essendon* were pure shit today. We beat very little.

And it was the club that put the noose around Ratten's neck . Now that the goal has been achieved how many years does he get. How many would you give him.

It was so nice of Essendon* to bravely allow us to smash them.

HENDERSON! Keep that boy in the backline

Hirds coaching was deplorable. What were they doing? Was that meant to be a zone of some sort? The Ess players didn't know how they were meant to move the ball forward. As soon as we played on and kicked over whatever that thing Ess were trying to do, we had open space and quick forward absolutely tearing apart their opponent. Ohailpin and Thornton did their job as key targets and the rest was easy. 120 point win would have been a more accurate margin.

As long as you're not taking the gloss off the win...

Does Elle McPherson have halitosis in your world?
