Great win by the lads though. Now to put Hawthorn to the sword on Friday!

Agree the anti-carlton bashing on Foxtel was nothing short of a joke....Dwayne Russell and Tony Shaw can go get flower.....Great win by the boys, other than our finishing thought it was one of our most polished performances of the year.

Special mention to AJ, not his biggest fan but have to give the man credit, his game today was excellent.

If it's any consolation, ABC radio was not exactly impartial.
Although we were lucky enough to be treated to some hilarious remarks about Eddie's shorts.

I've seen the last two Freo games (Saints and Hawks) and they played much better today overall than they did in those games. They are just rooted without Sandilands, even half fit like he was today he make a difference to them.

I thought the "lesser lights" in AJ, Army, T-Bird, Laidler were all excellent today.

Thank god for Eddie Betts' accuracy - game should have been wrapped up at half time, not sure why were so off at kicking for goal when it usually only happens at Etihad. I'm glad that Eddie has stood up lately and been kicking goals when it counts.

Not sure what was up with Robbo in the first half today but gee he was struggling.

Walker seems to get physically held a lot but gets nothing from the umpires for it.

Regarding umpiring I thought it was OK during the game surprisingly - wasn't as bad as past Perth games.

Disgraceful non handball by Mitch Robinson in the 2nd quarter when he should have given off to Murphy who would have strolled into a easy goal. Robinson is the worst player by foot in the side and should be instructed to handball at every opportunity.

His disposal by foot today was abysmal

You clearly do not watch any football if you think Robinson has elite disposal.

Makes you look quite silly coming to a football forum

I really liked Warnock this week, he threw his body around a bit and laid a few good tackles... making Hammer work for that spot!

I think you'll find many are upset that the total of FREES AGAINST him isn't high enough.

But they're right, the pricks never ping him. AFL. INVESTIGATE. Etc...

Thornton has a burst blood vessel, hence the quick swell under his eye! He flew home with the boys & should be good to go against the smiling Assassin Clarko's mob!

Apart from the usual suspects, I loved AJ, Army & Laidler's games today, they thrive at Subi with the big open spaces!

If we end up finishing 5th & hopefully get through the elimination final
then I will be very confident in playing the Weagles at Subi, put it this way, I'd much rather play them there than @ Shitihad!

There is a football god.

Thornton has filled holes forward and back all season and we thank him for that.

Now it is time to look at Waite, Jamo, Irish and Bower 2 or 3 to come back in.

We need to start to stretch out Hawhtorn.

So lets get some structure into the team.

You are an intensely odd person. How's the whole trade Yarran thing going for you?

Just on Judd - I find it amazing the amount of times he had a Fremantle player holding him by the arm before he even received the ball. It's so blatant but he almost NEVER gets a free kick for it.

You'd be able to tell him all about someone looking silly on a football forum.

I don't remember dane saying he had elite disposal.

Looking quite silly on a football forum is your bag mate.

Where did I say Robinson has elite disposal?

How will he be able to develop his disposal by following your no kicks rule?
