I reckon next year they won't even put a small hammer near it.

Yeah just went back a few pages and seen it... no real confirmation though.

Does Walker have any links or other commitments in WA that justifies him going over earlier than the main group?

FWIW I reckon he will be back against the Hawks, who for the last 5-7 years have physically monstered us in the middle.

The old McLean may have helped prevent a physical monstering. The current day McLean doesn't get near it.

My sources say he's taking a tram to Princes Park for the game, Smithy.

Sounds like Lucas for Armfield as a late change if required?

Fairly likely I'm guessing. Got the impression from Dr Sherrin that Armfield is a fair way off, and it's just the MC playing their usual funny buggers.

So Brock could not have been dropped due to ground dimensions could he?

Would have preferred he played.

I think ground dimensions would have been a big factor.

I agree. Unlikely to play finals anyway, but they would be worried about him getting exposed on the big and fast track.

Really worried about the size the Dockers can put up forward. If they break even in the midfield, we're stuffed.

Sandilands will just sit the square and create havoc on 9 toes.

Match ups?

Davies on Mayne
Henderson on resting rucks
Laidler on Johnson
T-Bird on Pavlich/McPharlin
Tuohy on Balantyne
AJ on Hill

I have the feeling McPharlin will be playing forward, why would Faulks be selected otherwise?

Joseph on Thornton's shoulders?
