FWIW I reckon he will be back against the Hawks, who for the last 5-7 years have physically monstered us in the middle.

The old McLean may have helped prevent a physical monstering. The current day McLean doesn't get near it.

I think ground dimensions would have been a big factor.

I agree. Unlikely to play finals anyway, but they would be worried about him getting exposed on the big and fast track.

Really worried about the size the Dockers can put up forward. If they break even in the midfield, we're stuffed.

Sandilands will just sit the square and create havoc on 9 toes.

Henderson on resting rucks
Laidler on Johnson
T-Bird on Pavlich/McPharlin
Tuohy on Balantyne
AJ on Hill

I have the feeling McPharlin will be playing forward, why would Faulks be selected otherwise?
