Absolutely no way we'd play Essendon* at Etihad first week of the finals.

Even if we played Fremantle, they'd be hesitant given the possible low turn out/profit.

Well the Bozo's at AFL House fixtured the Essendon* -v- West Coast Final at Docklands in 2002. It drew less around 30,000 people and the idiots at the AFL locked out AFL Members who wanted to swipe in and go up to Level 3 - so they are seriously capable of the most stupid things.

But according to the Spew - the AFL are full of loyal hard working dedicated people who dont deserve to be on the end of criticism from the likes of us.

AFL will view it as the lower drawing game. And they will also say it is our home ground.

I'll have a crack:

It's our home ground and we'd be playing an interstate team. Collingwood will get the G no matter who they play, and Geelong vs Hawthorn would certainly be at the G as well you'd think.

So with that match-up, it's a no brainer we'd be at Etihad.

I hope it would be mcg.
